A food grade cutting board wit a chef knife attached in such a way that it can be used in a chopping motion in an angle of 90º. The knife has a black plastic handle and can be removed for cleaning and sharpening. The board is mounted on four suction cups.
The knife is attached to the cutting board. While you hold up the knife, you place the food below it. Make sure that you hold the knife firmly, so that it won't fall down.
Next you use your other hand to hold the food.
You bring the knife down with one movement.
